Welcome to Mad Koffee. By accessing our website at madkoffee.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mad Koffee website and the purchase of products from us. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours and textures may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen display settings, and fabric dye batches. We make every effort to display products accurately but do not guarantee that your screen will reflect the exact color of the product.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, card, and mobile banking through SSLCOMMERZ. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 working days outside Dhaka. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other factors outside our control. Delivery charges are BDT 80 inside Dhaka and BDT 130 outside Dhaka.

5. Discount and Coupon

ABARKINTESI is for repeat orders for people ordering over BDT 2000 BDT, 15% discount with max of 200 BDT and Mad10 10% discount on orders over 1500 BDT with max of 150 BDT. bKash Cashback available during the campaign periods only. Customers will be able to enjoy 10% cashback Up to BDT 150 per transaction on minimum payment amount of BDT 500. Check our social accounts for cashback availability and its conditions.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchange fees are Tk 100 inside Dhaka and Tk 200 outside Dhaka. Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, before the delivery charge is paid. Once a delivery is accepted, we offer exchanges only and not refunds. Custom printed items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Facebook, Instagram. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs for such cases.

7. Custom Print Orders

Custom print t-shirt orders are final once the payment is done. Design files submitted by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Mad Koffee is not liable for errors in customer-submitted designs, including spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing, or low-resolution artwork. By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Mad Koffee reserves the right to refuse any design that is offensive, illegal, or violates community standards.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp at +8801836935420. Once an order has been dispatched or the payment is made, it cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, refusing delivery without prior notice may result in your account being flagged and future orders being restricted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, photography, and videos, is the property of Mad Koffee and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our branding or content may result in legal action.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website for users who violate these terms.

11. Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, address, and email to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (for example, sharing your address with our courier partner). By placing an order, you consent to our collection and use of your data for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mad Koffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Mad Koffee has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Bangladesh in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre.
