Delivery Time
How long does delivery take?
Your pieces will arrive in our 100% recyclable box and reusable cotton pouch. Sending as a gift? Add the finishing touches with our signature gift box, available to add within your cart.
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 1–3 working days. Orders are processed Saturday–Thursday.

We deliver all across Bangladesh through our courier partners.
What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: Tk 80. Outside Dhaka: Tk 130.
How can I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). bKash/Card and mobile banking are available under SSLCommerz at checkout.
Returns
Can I return an item?
We accept exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and the tag must be attached. Exchange delivery charges may apply based on location and courier cost. See our full Exchange & Return Policy for details.
What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted immediately at the time of delivery. Once delivered, we offer exchanges only.
What if my size doesn't fit?
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering, we include exact measurements. If you're still unsure, WhatsApp us and we'll guide you to the right size.
Do you do custom print t-shirts?
Yes. Inbox us on Facebook or WhatsApp with your design and we'll get back to you with pricing and turnaround time.
