The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
For Inside Dhaka deliveries that are NOT Custom orders, customer can return the product during delivery or exchange it with a similar product from Mad Koffee if there is any size issue.
For Outside Dhaak deliveries and Custom order deliveries, there is no exchange policy.
In case of online payments made and products being exchanged, all refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
- If any defect is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product) after opening the parcel, please let the delivery man know about it. You can also call our helpline or contact us on facebook.
- Delivery time for Inside Dhaka orders is 3-5 working days and Outside Dhaka takes 7-10 working days.
- The product will be replaced within the next 7-10 Working days or earlier with a fresh product if it’s available in stock. Customers can ask for a refund if that particular product is not available. The refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.
- Custom t-shirt orders won’t be refunded or exchanged.
- Products can be exchanged if there is a size issue only. Customers must bear the cost of returning and resending the product. The exchange fee is BDT 200.
